What this site does
This site is published by one person, not by a supplier and not by a broker. It puts in one place what the US sellers of laser and engraving material write about their own prices, and quotes it rather than rewriting it.
Why this site exists
The trade publishes prices badly, and a buyer cannot tell from one page whether a figure is a sheet price, a floor with no size, or a placeholder in front of a configurator. Sixteen pages read on one day answer that question in a way no single page can.
Who it is for
Someone with a laser who has to buy material this week and wants to know who publishes a price before opening sixteen tabs.
Someone comparing two suppliers whose figures look different and who suspects the difference is the unit rather than the price.
Anyone who would rather have a dated source than an anonymous summary.
What it does not do
- No figure appears that its cited page does not carry.
- No price is converted between currencies and no non-US figure enters any aggregate.
- No cutting or engraving settings are published, and none at all for chlorine-bearing plastics.
