This site is run by a person, not a call centre. There is no quote form and no lead handling here: someone who needs a price for a particular job goes to the supplier, not to this site. What the contact is for is a correction to a quotation, or a note from a publisher whose page has changed. If something on this site is wrong, out of date or quoted out of context, that is a mistake worth fixing and a message about it is welcome. Every quotation carries the address of its source page and the day that page was read, so an objection can name exactly what it is about: the page, the sentence and the date. A supplier whose page is quoted here and who wants an update reaches the same address; the page is then read again and the quotation replaced with the new date rather than quietly amended, because a quotation with no date is worth nothing on a board like this. What cannot be answered here is what to buy for a particular job, or what settings to run, and nothing sent here is passed to any supplier.
